Let’s turn a finished render into a video with Maquete. Open Video. There are two workspaces: Video generator for an individual clip, and Motion Studio for planning several shots together into a film. Let’s start with Video generator. Select the upload area. Choose an image from your previous renders or projects, or upload one from your computer. For this example, we’re using this seating area, with a lounge chair and side table. Under Style, choose Lifestyle to add an interaction to the scene. In Additional notes, describe what you want to happen. For example: “A woman walks over to the chair and sits down naturally. Keep the camera fixed.” Choose your duration, format and resolution. Review the credit cost, then select Generate Video. Here’s an example of that kind of shot. Once your clip is ready, play it through. Check the person’s movement, contact with the chair and the surrounding details before downloading. For a camera-led shot, try Cinematic or Walkthrough. Use Detail when you want to draw attention to a material or feature. Now let’s look at Motion Studio, available with Studio and Business plans. For this example, we’re using several views of this timber-lined workspace. Choose your images, then describe what you’d like the film to show. You might ask for wider room views, with close-ups of the furniture and joinery. Choose your format and detail level. Leave “Allow people and hands” selected if you’d like human interaction in the film. The director will favour at least one natural shot with a person or hands where suitable. Turn it off to exclude those additions. Then select Create plan. Select each proposed shot to review its framing and direction. You can change the instructions, reorder the shots or remove ones you don’t want. Review the full credit cost before selecting Approve and reserve credits. Maquete prepares the starting frames first. Check those frames and include the shots you want. Then select Generate selected videos. Here’s how the room views and details come together in a finished film. Play the film through and download the result when you’re happy. Use Video generator for one specific shot. When you want several views and details in one film, try Motion Studio.
