About
Architectural rendering, in seconds
Maquete is an AI rendering platform built specifically for architects. We engineer the model and the prompts so your walls stay your walls — and so a client-ready render takes thirty seconds, not three hours.

What we do
Maquete converts SketchUp viewports, Archicad exports, Revit prints, and other 3D model captures into photorealistic interior and exterior renders. We work through a browser-based studio and a native SketchUp plugin that renders directly from the viewport — no export, no scene setup, no GPU workstation required.
Geometry fidelity
Most general AI image tools reinterpret architectural geometry — walls drift, openings move, furniture appears that you never modelled. Maquete is engineered around the opposite priority. High ControlNet conditioning combined with architecture-specific prompt engineering keeps the model faithful to the geometry you sent. Architects don't have to fight the AI; the AI is built to listen.
Where we work
Maquete is operated from England and Wales, serving architects and design studios worldwide. The platform is available in English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish, with payment in USD via Stripe. Our SketchUp plugin runs on macOS and Windows.
Who's behind it
Maquete was founded by Joshua Kenyon in 2024. The team writes openly about rendering technique, AI rendering trade-offs, and the comparisons against tools like V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render, and Enscape on the learn and blog sections of this site.
