Delete your Maquete account
Request deletion of your Maquete account and associated data, in the app or without installing it.
Request deletion without the app
Email contact@maquete.ai from your account email address and ask to delete your Maquete account and associated data. You do not need to install the app. If you cannot access that email, tell us; we may need to verify ownership before acting. Never send your password. We respond within one month.
Email a deletion requestIn the mobile app
- Sign in and open Account. Scroll to Delete account.
- Read the warning, enter the confirmation phrase shown and confirm. Complete identity verification if requested. Deletion is permanent.
On the website
- Sign in at maquete.ai and open Settings.
- Find Delete account, read the warning and follow the confirmation steps. If Apple verification cannot be completed on the web, use the mobile app or email us.
What is deleted
Deletion revokes login access and removes your account and stored customer content, including projects, uploads, reference images, prompts, renders and videos. Export anything you want to keep before confirming. Individual render deletion is not currently available.
What may be retained
Only records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal claims are retained for the applicable statutory period. Historical payment and provider-cost entries are pseudonymised; some transaction references may remain linkable where legally required. Backups and provider caches may take an additional limited period to expire. See our privacy policy for details.
