Before you start

Maquete uses paid plans and credits. There is no permanent free plan; trial eligibility and limits are shown on the pricing page.

Step by step

1. Check the credit quote beside the generate control. Tool, resolution, duration, and selected options can affect the amount.

2. Open Billing to review your current plan, allowance, and available credit packs. Read the terms before changing a subscription.

3. For video and other variable-cost workflows, use the displayed quote rather than assuming one fixed price for every output.

4. Review generation status and History before retrying a delayed request. If a charge or credit balance appears wrong, contact support with the relevant render details.
