Troubleshooting
Work out whether a problem comes from the source image, the request, or a particular result.
Updated
Before you start
Keep the original source and the result available for comparison. Note the tool and the time of the attempt.
Step by step
-
For an upload failure, check the formats and limits shown by the tool. Export a clear image rather than uploading a model file.
-
For an unexpected result, compare camera angle, visible walls, openings, and materials with the source. Improve an ambiguous source before generating again.
-
For one wrong material or object, use Adjust with a precise request. For another angle, use Next View with the correct reference.
-
For a delayed job, check History before resubmitting. If the issue persists, contact support through the website with the render identifier and a description.
Settings that matter
Use a focused description: what you expected, what happened, and where in the image it happened. Remove private client details from any screenshot you send.
